In the area of temporary visas, we advise on H-1B and L-1 visa petitions (both individual L and blanket L filings), B-1, TN, E-1, E-2, E-3, O-1, and R-1. We have also worked with employers on trainee visas for H-3 and J-1 trainees.
In the area of permanent residence processing, we have processed many cases pursuant to PERM labor certification standards, as well as seeking exemptions from PERM for Outstanding Researchers, Investors, Intra-company Transferee Managers and Executives, and Religious Workers.
In particular, in the area of PERM processing, we take a very proactive and strategic approach, advising clients on full compliance with U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) regulations, including analysis of prevailing wage determinations and understanding how to build strong cases in case of DOL audit.
