Stefan J. Johansson is an Associate Attorney at Webber Law Firm.  Stefan graduated from St. Olaf College (Northfield, MN) with a Bachelor’s degree in History and earned his law degree at William Mitchell College of Law (St. Paul, MN).  Stefan is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Minnesota and because immigration law is federal law, he is permitted to represent clients throughout the United States and worldwide on U.S. immigration law matters.  Prior to joining Webber Law Firm, Stefan had extensive international experience.  He attended high school in Moscow, Russia and then lived in Spain before attending college.  While at St. Olaf, he studied abroad in Europe (Germany, Italy, Czech Republic), and while in law school, he studied abroad in London.  After college, Stefan lived for a year in Asia (Hong Kong and Nepal).

At Webber Law Firm, Stefan has a specific focus on employment-based immigration law matters, handling a large number of PERM labor certification applications for very large multinational clients, universities, as well as small companies and start-ups.  He has done legal research on various aspects of employment-based immigration strategies and has supported the firm’s non-immigrant visa practice (H-1Bs), as well as advising clients on religious worker (R-1 and I-360/EB-4 practice) processing.
